Bursa'da 14 yıl önce Gizem Beray ve İrem Sıla Yüksel adlı kardeşlerin şofbenden sızan gazdan zehirlenerek hayatını kaybetmesinin ardından küçük kızların ailesi hukuk mücadelesi başlattı. 14 yıldır devam eden, 7 kez bilirkişi gören, 6 kez Yargıtay tarafından onanan, ailenin maddi ve manevi tazminat almaya hazırlandığı davanın sonunda icra hukuk mahkemesinin "ilama aykırı talepte bulundunuz" gerekçesiyle iki kat borç çıkarması aileyi ikinci kez yıktı.
